With 25 years of experience working for the U.S. Federal Government, where I led, supervised, and developed new employee careers, I’ve honed skills that are vital in real estate, such as leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving.

Outside of real estate, my wife and I stay busy raising our five children and managing life with three dogs. We enjoy spending our free time on our farm on the Eastern Shore, where we recharge and connect with nature. As a former 4-year college athlete with a degree in Economics, I understand the importance of discipline, strategy, and dedication, all of which I apply to my real estate work.
